HerpShipper Shipping Policy
1. Handling Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping Carriers
HerpShipper reserves the right to use any carrier of our choice to ensure the best shipping experience. This may include, but is not limited to, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Carrier selection is based on factors such as speed, reliability, and destination.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if opted in). Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carriers system.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their order complies with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the shipment of live animals, perishables, or restricted items.
7. Returns & Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
